Maoming Roundstar Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in 1958. Its predecessor was Maoming Yongye (Group) Co., Ltd. It began to produce carbon black in 1964. It was the first carbon black manufacturer in Mainland China to be listed on the stock exchange.
