2Exploring project of office system of R&D center
Due to the limitation of office content, R&D personnel need more flexible office hours, so we have carried out new exploration work on the office system. In terms of positions, the R&D center has set up project management positions to supervise and prepare the mechanism for the innovation of the R&D center office system. The department proposes a new office model and system every six months. After all the R&D personnel collectively discuss and determine the specific system and try it out, the trial system is finally evaluated. Explore the office system in order to promote and accelerate the development of the enterprise.
3Exploratory work of laboratory precision testing methods
During the research and development process, experimental path setting, experimental principle simulation, and accuracy of experimental results are the core of research and development. In order to obtain more accurate detection data, we have carried out the exploration of precise detection methods in the laboratory, with the goal of precise detection results and standardized detection methods, and exploring more scientific detection methods. For this reason, the R&D center has set up a special experimental data inspection team to carry out troubleshooting work on experimental equipment, experimental methods, experimental data and other issues. Use accurate and reliable scientific research experimental data to promote the development of basic R&D and innovative R&D.
